New World Transparent Specimen

"I want to show people the hidden natural beauty that they might miss out on ordinarily." Iori Tomita.

No, these images are not a product of x-ray scanner, neither of Photoshop hue and saturation tool, (designer's joke).
All specimens were alive at some point before meeting with japanese artist Iori Tomita, who according to wired.com -Tomita first removes the scales and skin of fish that have been preserved in formaldehyde. Next soaks the creatures in a stain that dyes the cartilage blue.-
A pretty cool mix of science and art.

In some parallel universe there might be more than one  Alice
in Wonderland, no cats, no bunnies but birds and
foxes and a much prettier wardrobe.

The dress with multiple color birds, is a beauty.

Truly a brilliant project. I'm literally speechless
before such surreal reality.
Can't wait to watch the whole movie.
